The HomSeva Partner App is designed to connect service providers with customers seeking domestic services such as cleaning, cooking, elder care and child care home assistance services. We employ you as a worker. All interactions, payments, schedules, and agreements are made directly between you and HomSeva, a service operated by Betternest Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Partner. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to update us if any of your personal information changes. We reserve the right to deny access or deactivate your account if you fail to meet eligibility criteria.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the App by uploading harmful, offensive, or false content. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You are responsible for delivering the services you list and agree upon with customers. You shall ensure that services are performed with due care, skill, and professionalism. Any disputes regarding service quality, schedules, or payments are to be resolved between you and Homseva (Betternest Solutions Pvt. Ltd.).
Payments are made by customers to Homseva (Betternest Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) directly through the App, depending on the arrangement. HomSeva facilitates payments disputes. You are responsible for applicable taxes or compliance with local laws regarding your earnings.
You agree to provide services in a safe and professional manner. You must comply with health, safety, and insurance requirements as applicable. Misconduct, harassment, unsafe behavior, or violation of customer rights may result in account suspension or termination.
We collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data to facilitate service delivery, payment processing, and operational improvements. Your information will not be shared beyond the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy without your consent or unless required by law.
You may contact our support team via the App for assistance or to report issues. A grievance redressal mechanism is available for disputes, service complaints, or safety concerns. We encourage open communication and prompt reporting of any irregularities.
HomSeva prohibits discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected status. Any Partner found engaging in discriminatory behavior may be blocked from the platform and reported to appropriate authorities.
The App, including its content, design, and software, is owned by HomSeva or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
HomSeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App. Any disputes with customers are your responsibility, and claims are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you through the App whenever significant changes are made.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities. You may request account termination by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar Jurisdiction.
